Paul V. Ryan, M.D.
 Dr. Paul Ryan has lived in Idaho since 1987. He first came to Idaho to go backpacking in the Sawtooth Mountains in 1986, then returned the next year to Boise to complete his residency training.
Dr. Paul Ryan attended the University of California at Irvine from 1974-1977. While an undergraduate, Dr. Paul Ryan travelled to Honduras and Guatemala with Amigos de las Americas, a vaccination program for third world countries. He also spent a summer as a research assistant at the Salk Institute.
After graduating from the University of California, Davis School of Medicine in 1982, he served two years of residency at Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ. He then spent two years in Boston at Brigham and Women's Hospital as an NIH Research Fellow. He completed his residency in Family Medicine in 1989 at the Family Medicine Residency of Idaho.
He has spent the last 18 years practicing in Boise and the surrounding area. He maintains strong clinical interest in diabetes and several other clinical areas. He spends his free time skiing, cycling and camping. He is married with two daughters. Plus, he's a real BIG baseball fan.
Mark Grajcar, D.O.
 Dr. Mark Grajcar graduated from Kalamazoo College in Michigan. While in college he studied in France during his junior year, and spent a semester doing research at Columbia University in New York. After receiving his medical degree from Des Moines Univerisity he began his residency training at Madigan Army Medical Center.
Dr. Mark Grajcar completed his Family Medicine residency in 1993 and then spent the next seven years in the U.S. Army Medical Corp. Dr. Mark Grajcar reached the rank of major while serving at various duty stations. His last four years were spent in Heidleberg, Germany.
After leaving the military in 2000 he moved with his wife, a native of Idaho, and his son to Boise. He spends most of his leasure time hunting upland birds, fly fishing, and camping with his family.
Drs. Ryan and Grajcar have received an award for diabetic care from the Humphreys Diabetic Education Center in 2005.
