At Initial Point Family Medicine, Drs. Grajcar and Ryan try to offer a wide range of medical services. This includes routine physicals, wellness exams, sports physicals and well-child exams. We also perform minor surgeries, vasectomies, skin biopsies, and therapeutic injections. Dr. Grajcar also performs manipulations and adjustments since he is an osteopathic physician.

At IPFM we seek to offer comprehensive medical care with a personal, compassionate and sincere approach. We believe that adding humor to the office visit allows people to be more at ease and comfortable. Our staff remain very professional and competent as they assist the doctors in their daily work.

Among the basic services we offer: Immunizations, Cholesterol screening, Diabetes screening, Cancer screening advice and recommendations, Depression, Anxiety and other mood disorder evaluations [as well as ADHD for adults & children]. Minor office procedures including wart removal, skin biopsies [if indicated], and joint injections are routinely done also.

Also, we are able to do Idaho Department of Transportation Physicals as well as Workman's Compensation evaluations & treatment.

We do not perform disability evaluations.

We have the ability to draw blood for laboratory testing in the office and usually are able to get results in 24-48 hours. We do not have the ability to take radiographs on the premises, but they are available nearby and can be obtained just prior to or after the office evaluation. 

We also offer limited same day appointments.
